Mary and Scott Wood have dedicated over a decade to shaping Adventure Works WA into a cornerstone of outdoor education in Western Australia. Their passion for youth development has helped countless students build resilience and confidence through immersive outdoor programs that challenge them to connect with themselves, others, and nature. In 2024, they expanded their vision with Into Adulthood Online, a digital initiative designed to bring the same life-changing lessons to schools across the nation.

However, as the business grew, Adventure Works faced several challenges. Their branding didn’t clearly differentiate between their in-person camps and online offerings, their website was outdated, and their marketing efforts needed a fresh approach to reflect their innovative vision. Adventure Works turned to Oracle Tree to refine their brand, revamp their digital presence, and create a roadmap for scalable growth.

To address the brand confusion, Oracle Tree separated the two key offerings under distinct identities: Adventure Works WA for the in-person programs and Into Adulthood Online for the digital platform. This allowed each brand to speak directly to its audience while maintaining a shared focus on health, wellbeing, and resilience.

The digital presence was completely transformed with two tailored websites. The Adventure Works WA site was redesigned to better showcase their outdoor programs with modern visuals, improved navigation, and an external calendar that highlighted their availability and provided social proof.

Meanwhile, a brand-new website for Into Adulthood Online was created, complete with audience-specific landing pages, LMS integration, and compelling storytelling to communicate the value of the platform. To ensure the business could engage effectively with schools and decision-makers, Oracle Tree developed a targeted marketing strategy. Social media content calendars and strategies were provided to support their in-house team. Repurposed materials, such as webinars and video snippets, were turned into impactful lead magnets and marketing tools. These efforts helped Adventure Works articulate their mission more clearly and connect with the right people.

Automation was another key element in the transformation. Oracle Tree implemented workflows to streamline client onboarding, manage relationships, and collect feedback, allowing the team to focus on growth rather than administrative tasks.

The results were immediate. The refreshed Adventure Works WA site received an increase in inquiries, and the pilot schools testing Into Adulthood Online provided overwhelmingly positive feedback. By clearly communicating their offerings and streamlining their digital presence, Adventure Works was able to position itself as a leader in resilience education for young people.

With their foundation strengthened, Adventure Works is now prepared to expand both their in-person and online offerings. They are on track to scale nationally, with a clear path for doubling revenue within the next five years.
