With over 45 years of experience, the team has your best interests in mind with only the best glass replacement and glazing repairs. Offering both commercial and residential services, there is no job too big or small at Haines Glass. Levi used to work as an employee, later going on to inherit the business. Along with his wife Jenna, they grew their business to provide premium, quality and professional service.

Challenge presented to Oracle Tree:

With a business model already in place, Levi’s inheritance was a big commitment. He and his wife were still working out the nuts and bolts. What was working, what wasn’t working and what could help them grow their newfound business. The family came to Oracle Tree with a goal to grow their team and provide more streamlined services to their customers. They needed guidance on their business strategy and how to really take it to the next level.

Background and goals of project:

With over 45 years of experience, Haines Glass was already a local name. When the new owners took over, they wanted to create a more profitable business model. A short term goal of Levi’s was to see another tradesman hired to provide assistance in the workshop and relief for Levi, allowing them to focus on their business strategy and taking the next step up the small biz ladder. Haines Glass had a website already in place, however this was outdated and seriously lacking some well-needed wow factor.

Oracle Tree began managing Haines Glass’ social media accounts, planning and implementing an all-new strategy. We saw immediate growth! Not only did we take over their socials, we provided well-needed updates to their website, improving not only the user experience, but SEO processes and SEM results alike. Along with these, OT were also involved in a number of special projects. Through developing strategies that the Haines team could implement in-house, we helped Levi and Jenna grow their business and move into managing their marketing themselves with greater success.
