Who Are They?:
Adairs is a bus hire company based on the New South Wales Central Coast. Like most
businesses, Adairs started small, with only 3 buses in operation! They’ve now grown to
incorporate a large fleet of passenger vehicles which can be hired as “drive yourself” and
chartered with a driver. They handle schools, community groups and are specialists in Special Transport Services providing greater access to transport for kids and adults with special needs,and they’ve enjoyed this for over 15 years. That’s why the Adairs fleet has specially equipped vans and buses for anyone needing that little extra TLC to get out and enjoy life.
Challenge presented to Oracle Tree:
With the business’ infrastructure set up and ready to go, Adairs weren’t sure how to expand their business into a niche market and move towards a more profitable business model. Passionate about working in the special needs sector, business owner Ian wanted to provide an accessible transport service, not only for children with special needs, but anyone who needs a bit of help to live a full life.
Background and goals of project:
Adairs already had their business infrastructure in place, and had been in the business for over 10 years working with assisted school travel. Adairs aimed to move towards a profitable business model focusing on medium to long term hires, specialising in special needs transport. They had a website but it was old and out of date. It didn’t really showcase all that they do and it didn’t speak to their ideal market.
Oracle Tree’s process and solution:
Oracle Tree built a new website to a “phase one” stage and went live before Christmas 2021 with additional pages to come as new services come online, and grew Adairs online presence through both Facebook and Instagram platforms. We delivered a well-rounded, clean website that offers much more user-accessibility and easy-to-find information, expanding into a broader vehicle hire market to cater towards customers that do not require extra assistance helped achieve the Adair’s team’s goals of moving towards a more profitable business model.
